The West Lake is a wonderful place, it make humanity and geography get together. Here is the hometown of Hangzhou people, but also the cultural ancient spiritual home. Because of the West Lake, let here more picturesque. Travel in Hangzhou, just like the rhythm in poetry. The part of West Lake, from my camera photos, the memory of my trip to Hangzhou.

The formation of West Lake should start from the Cretaceous period. At that time, the volcano everywhere, the volcano become depression, the West Lake is now the foundation. After that, the tide sediment deposition, and the human is transformed ceaselessly, formed the West Lake now. Is not created by nature beauty, but the beauty of West Lake lies in the integration of Humanities and geography of the wonderful. Su Xiaoxiao’s cars passing through here, and the historic White snake and Xu Xian’s love, is the story of one point to one points to construct the nothingness of West Lake.

Hangzhou and West Lake are inseparable friends. Hangzhou originated from the landing, so, in quite a long time, the residents living water depends on the West Lake. After living water, agricultural irrigation is a problem, the next forty years, Bai Juyi was appointed governor of Hangzhou. He began a three year renovation project, the construction of a long dam. Although the dam has disappeared, but the Bai Causeway Bridge is named to commemorate him. Hangzhou Prefecture Su Dongpo took office in that year, he met flood disaster. He resolved to manage West Lake. There are twenty thousand migrant workers who participate in work, full lake silt can be properly cleaned, use the best of silt which is built up a long Su Causeway.

When I was young, I remember the Su Dongpo’s poem said” the West Lake no matter when and where both seasons are beautifull.’’ Until I saw the fall of the West Lake, and compared with the summer and spring of West Lake, I am beginning to understand the seasons change and West Lake. The Song Dynasty painter good at painting landscape. So, in the picture of the artist, appeared in Nanping Wanzhong, Shuangfeng in the clouds such as title, and this is the origin of the first ten views of the West Lake.
