The Chinese name for the Tang Paradise is Furong Garden. The Emperor Wendi in Sui Dynasty (581—618) officially moved the capital to Xi An in the third year of the Era Kaihuang (583). He ordered the Prime Minister Gaoying to rename the imperial garden. Gaoying thought about it for a long time.
