National Customs Garden is located on the bank of Liusha River in the western suburbs of Hongjing City covering 66.7 km2. The Garden falls into two smaller gardens: the North Garden and the South Garden. The park is a fine combination of exotic tropical landscape and local ethnic customs, which is a miniature of Xishuangbanna without exaggeration. In the South Garden, the spring is covered in blossoms; the summer is abundant with fruits; the autumn provides cool shades. Here is really a wonderful tourist attraction with warm atmosphere and natural beauty. The North Garden offers a display of national customs of different ethnic groups. This is an all-purpose place of entertainment where people can enjoy both the magnificent performance and the wonderful delicacies. Visitors can enjoy the pavane dance, the water splash during the Water-Sprinkling Festival or a fun ride on the one-rope swing! There also houses exhibition halls to show the history of the local ethnic groups with historical heritages. During the Water-Sprinkling Festival cockfighting competition, wedding ceremony of Dai people are special events for you to experience!
