Whether you’re in London, Paris, New York, or Hong Kong, sometimes a good night out is exactly what the doctor ordered. This is especially true for Beijing, the night life is sensational. The music, the people and the atmosphere are one not to be missed, so Travel to Beijing and book your Beijing Flights to be part of this amazing experience.
If you are a non Chinese resident who doesn’t speak mediocre to fluent mandarin, then going on a night out can be daunting. What happens if you can’t find your way to the club, or get home, how will you communicate with people? It’s best if you get someone to write down the name and address of the club you are going to, and of your hotel, so you can just show the taxi driver. It will make your life a lot easier, especially if you’re drunk.
Juicy Spot is a fantastic club to go to on your visit to Beijing. It opened in 2009 and has been extremely popular. Entry to get in to the club costs about 60 RMB for males if they have a membership card and 50 RMB for the ladies. The club itself is quite small but it’s also very cosy. There are three floors in this club; the first floor contains a pool table, foosball table, a bar, seating area and a small dance floor. The second floor is dominated by a long bar, but beware as this is the main room, getting drinks can take a while. A better suggestion to get a drink is to go to the first floor, where it’s easier and then come back up. That’s if your not to drunk, we don’t want you stumbling down the stairs! There is also a seating area which contains luxury sofas which you can sink in to, but also stalls at the bar and around tables just off the dance floor. The third floor is opened mainly during summer time, the dance floor is small, but it is open roofed.
The club itself is air conditioned, so you won’t feel as hot and flustered, compared to other bars/clubs. The drinks are very reasonably priced as well, with house spirits costing from 20 RMB and basic cocktails from around 25 RMB. However on Wednesdays it is an open bar, so the club proves to be a cheap yet enjoyable night out. On Thursday nights, entry and all cocktails are free for ladies.
Not only is it a great place to dance but also a fantastic place to socialise with people. The true beauty about the club is that it attracts a lot of foreigners as well as local Beijingers. So when you’re at the bar waiting to get a drink, or just relaxing on the sofas, you can easily communicate with people around you as most of them would speak a basic level of English. So don’t forget to visit Juicy Sport as part of your Beijing Tours.
