Xanadu(simplified Chinese: 世外桃源; traditional Chinese: 世外桃源; pinyin: Shìwaì táo yán; literally: a land of Peach Blossoms) has developed into the first batch of national AAAA scenery spots and through the ISO14001 international environment management system certification and ISO9001 international quality management system certification. According to the scene depicted in Taoyuan ming’s masterpicee–Xanadu and combined with the local rural scenery landscape, has became the first recommened place of the World Tourism Organization. It was named the National Agricultural Tourism Demonstration site in May 2004, and its the only area to have won this reputation in Guilin. The scenic spot is located on the roadside of Guiyang, it has 49Km to Guilin and 15Km to Yangshuo. The rural scenery, folk custom and folk village are organized with the beauty of natural landscape composing a beautiful picture. By walking you will visit many villages. There are small model villages with some minority architectures in the north of Guangxi. The Yuanming villa built recently is part of Xanadu. It combines with the layout of Suzhou garden and the architectural style of North Gulin. You can see the beautiful scenery when you open the window, and you can see different sceneries from different windows. In Yuanming villa you can review the ancient civilization, ancient wine making, paper making, printing, bamboo carving, wood carving and pottery show. It represents the wisdom of the Chinese people again.
