If you are calling from anywhere in China then you will only be charged for the cost of a local call. Whereas, if you are calling using an international, you be will charged a roaming fee. In addition, if you are calling from outside of China you should call 0086-136-513-041-58 and you will be charged for at the international cost.
Currently, Youzhu only supports Manderin and English but is hoping to expand and introduce other languages soon. In addition, the current services are all free for the moment.
