It is widely accepted that china travel is one of the popular destinations amongst travel fans. In most travelers’ opinion, the most famous hot attractions are the historical sites, such as the great royal palaces; however, things are not like that anymore. Currently, the hot travel destinations are Xi’an, Guilin, Lijiang, and other peaceful and landscapes of those cities. In the following article, I will give you some recommendations for your China Tours.

Xi’an Tour

Xi’an, the capital of Shanxi Province, is located in the north of China. The hot attractions in Xi’an include Qin Shihuang’s Terracotta Army, the Great Wild Goose Pagoda, etc. The vaults or pits containing Qin Shihuang’s Terracotta Army are located about 40 km east of Xian. This army of more than 6,000 life size terracotta warriors, with horses and chariots lined up facing east and ready for battle, is one of the world’s most remarkable archaeological finds. The terracotta warriors were made for Qin Shihuang (259-210BC), also known as The First Emperor, and with his mausoleum lying only 1.5km; (0.9 miles) away it is assumed the army was made to accompany him on his journeys after death. Well, the 7 story Great Wild Goose Pagoda was built in 652AD. It is a striking elegant building and is the symbol of Xi’an. The famous Buddhist monk Xuan Zang returned from a 17 year pilgrimage and the square pagoda was built to house the 600 or so Buddhist texts that he had collected in India.

Guilin Tour

Guilin is a Must-See tourism city during your China travel. It is the capital of Guangxi Province, locating in the south of China. In most travelers’ opinion, the attractive site in Guilin is the Li River Cruise. Li River symbolizes the area, as this picturesque river is a major component of Guilin scenery. As it sparkles in the sunlight the river meanders through lush mountains like a liquid jade belt. A cruise along the Li River between Guilin and Yangshuo is an unforgettable experience. As you take in the stunning scenery there’s something interesting to see at almost every bend in the river. Between spectacular limestone peaks you’ll see graceful bamboo groves, farmers tending rice paddies, and lumbering water buffaloes pulling carts or cooling off in the river. You may see fishermen gliding along on their narrow bamboo rafts, and if you’re very lucky you might see one of the famous fishing cormorants. Boats depart from various wharves, according to the height of the river at different times of the year.

Lijiang Tour

Lijiang, which is pretty far away from Beijing, is located in the southwest of China. It is a city gathering minorities of China, such as Bai Nationality, and the life styles, the culture, and related things of the local people are different from any other nationalities. The ancient town of Lijiang, which has been classified as a “National Town of History and Culture”, is a beautiful shining jewel. Its architecture is noteworthy for the blending of elements from several cultures that have come together over many centuries. Lijiang also possesses an ancient water-supply system of great complexity and ingenuity that still functions effectively today.” At last, please don’t forget to save some time to walk in Lijiang. Along your way, you must visit some of the souvenir shops and taste some local dishes and snacks. At night, the famous bar street in the Old Town is really worth a visit.
