Wu Shan Grilled Fish is a well-known restaurant in Beijing, China. It is famous for its tasty grilled fish. Usually, we would like to fry, bake fish rather than grill it. But have you ever think about how delicious it will be if it is cooked in this way?

Let us start from the steps to grill a fish: Firstly, choose the type of the fish you want to eat depending on your favor (you can choose from carp, grass carp etc). And  choose the flavor of the fish at the same time. (hot and spicy, fragrant, chilly etc) Then the fish Will be cleaned and cut in half. Secondly, fired the fish on the grill until it turns golden on both sides. At last, add some vegetables you like such as potato, cucumber, lettuce etc. When every thing is ready, the fish will be put in a stainless steel tray with fire  underneath to keep it hot.
