I have heard lots of good news about CYTS. CYTS, as one of many Beijing travel agencies, has enjoyed a good reputation. CYTS provided many service such as Guangzhou Flights or Xi’an Hotels. So in the January, I went to CYTS head office to consult information of Spring Festival travel. One staff welcomed me warmly and inquired my requirements. 
Customers like me don not having specific requirements are not easy to recommend travel routes, for they don not know where they want to go. For me, I do not like the common route, I was look for the special one.
Before the consulting, I have been to some agencies. They did not provide me any constructive ideas and lacked relevant professional knowledge. The communication is not as good as I expected. I was not satisfied with their indifferent attitude for they had many other customers.
However, Peng in CYTS is different from them. Although my requirements are not specific, Peng gave me many unexpected results. He recommended me 7 to 8 routes and answered my questions gradually. I did not expect in Spring Festival, Beijing travel agencies were busy with their business, CYTS was still so passionate and careful with their customers.
Finally, I chose 3 routes among ones Peng recommended to me. However, for my friend do not have the enough time, we could not made our mind the day to set off.
In the February, my friends 
and me had ensure the time. I called Peng and ask for advices. At that time, most routes were finished, but he still replied to help me search the company system. For a while I received a email from Peng, he provided us two Bali Island Flights. We were surprised. Although Bali Island was not in my schedule, it was still a windfall for us. When we finally arrived in Bali Island, we were actually without regret. We felt appreciated for Peng and his effort so we owned our happy vacation.
Our flight tickets were sent to us later. We could not get it until the Spring Festival, during which Peng had to get together with his family. Before he left, he gave me his personal phone number and told me to contact him when in need. The day when we set off, Peng sent a message to ask whether we had got our tickets. Peng did not forget the residual problems of his customers even in his own vacation. I was appreciated for his responsible and passionate service he provided for us.
I have contacted many travel agency staffs, only Peng is the most responsible one who made me feel comfortable and warm. What he owned is the solid professional knowledge, enthusiastic service attitude, responsible service spirit and to provide more than customers have expected.
