However, do you know how to plan your trips? How could you find the most attractive ones? Now, I will share something about the current Chinese tourism situation, in detail, it is about the popular spots, how to plan your travel routes, and how to book hotels and air tickets.

China, with the vast territory and abundant resources, has many beautiful scenes beyond your imagination. And I will show you them according to different types.

Ancient culture and buildings

Given that China has thousands of year’s history, there are many ancient cities in China, such as Beijing, Xi’an, Nanjing, and so on. Beijing, as the cultural and political center of People’s Republic of China, has attracted millions of visitors both domestic and abroad. And when the subject comes to Beijing, the first attraction bounds to our minds is the Tian’anmen Square. It is the largest square which is located in the center of a city in the world. On each China National Day, many Chinese people come to Beijing to witness this great ceremony. Other fantastic spots are the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven; all these spots were built in ancient Dynasty and were used to serve the great Emperor. However, in the modern society, these beautiful palaces are open to tourists, to spread the extensive and profound Chinese culture.

Another typical ancient city is Xi’an, the capital of Shanxi Province. It is located in the northwest of China, and owns the great finds of the world, which named Terracotta Warriors and Horses. It was built in Qin Dynasty by the great Emperor Qinshihuang, which was used for defending and showing his great power to the enemy.

Beautiful Sea View

China faces the East Sea, standing in the east of Asia. As a result, the sea view is worth to have a visit. Qingdao, the capital of Shandong Province, is located in the east of China. It is a beautiful city with blue sky, fresh air, cool breeze, beach, sea food, waves, and wonderful things beyond your imagination.

As I have mentioned, Seafood should not be missed in Qingdao. Qingdao seafood has unique flavors, fresh and light, popular with tourists. The top-end hotels such as Shangri-La Hotel and Qingdao Hotel, and the Yiqinglou Restaurant serve dainty seafood. What’s more, you can have adventurous travel in Qingdao, such as surfing the waves, climbing the mountains. The most famous mountain here is Lao Mountain. Different from many famous mountains in China, it rises from the sea level, and has a coast line of 87 kilometers, structuring a wonder on the sea. The main peak, named Large Peak or Peak Lao, is over 1100 meters high above sea level. Take a walk around, with the sea on one side, and lofty stones and precipitous peaks on the other side, both majestic and elegant. Another wonderful place for sea view is Sanya, in Hainan Province. It is located in the most south of China, and has a tropical climate, which created the unique and beautiful tropical storm. A popular attraction is Yalong Bay, 25 kilometers away from Sanya city in the southeast and the tropical beachscape tourism city. As a National AAAA Class Scenery Park, it is one of the Ten Top Tourist Zones in Hainan and the Five Top Tourist Zones in Sanya. Yalong Bay is so beautiful that those who had visited there made commends like “I don’t want to visit seas else after visiting Sanya.”
